Tiont Williams (Tick) is a native of North Carolina, whose journey in faith was shaped by strong pastoral leadership and impactful mentors.  However, it was a transformative experience in a youth ministry that deepened his commitment to the gospel and serving others. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Winston-Salem State University and a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University. For over 20 years, Tiont has been deeply involved in inner-city ministry, including 12 years of leadership with Richmond City Young Life, where he pioneered the ministry from the ground up. His expertise in spiritual and leadership development has empowered countless members of Generation Z and Generation Alpha to grow in their faith and leadership capabilities. More importantly, Tiont has a passion for proclaiming the gospel to all generations, bringing a message that is both real and relevant. Through this work, he is committed to fostering a deeper understanding of faith and creating lasting spiritual impact in the lives of young adults and communities.
