The Kairos Initiative of the BGAV helps young adult ministers develop leaders who pursue a life of mission. We believe that the young adult stage of life is the most pivotal season of life for one to discover clearly their identity in Christ and discern openly the vocational direction God is calling them to.

Our Mission
We provide content, coaching and connections to young adult ministries in the areas of leadership development and vocational discernment toward missional living.
Our Values

Leadership: Everyone is a leader insofar as they have some influence in some area of their lives - the burden/responsibility/obligation of leadership falls on all of us.

Curiosity: We value questions - while we seek answers, an answer is an invitation to a new question. Our favorite word is ‘AND’ - we always want to see what is around the next corner, over the next hill - hear the next part of the story and discover a new and compelling aspect of God’s character and mission - and our place in it.

Generosity: Our God is a generous God - we believe there is more than enough for all of us if we share generously together - and through our sharing it is blessed and multiplied.

Community: The body of Christ is many diverse parts bound together in unity under the head of Christ our Lord and activated by the Spirit of Christ.

Hope: Christ at the beginning, Christ at the end, Christ along the way. What then should we fear and why would we ever despair? We are today who we hope to be tomorrow.
