ABOUT
Kairos Leadership Initiative is a one year leadership training program designed to develop emerging young adult leaders.
We want to help you discover your identity in Christ, consider your educational and vocational goals in light of this identity, and live out your lifetime call to love and serve your community and the world.
We provide a professional life coach to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the you already have.
Participants are assigned a coach to engage with on a monthly basis.

MENTORING
We support a mentor relationship to pass the wisdom they have accrued through prior experience in order to help you grow and find success.
Participants choose a mentor to meet with on a monthly basis.
